BIDDERS CONTRACT When placing any bid you are responsible to honor that bid and make payment at the end of all auctions without exception. If you default on payment or pick-up, all right's to future auctions will be terminated. SALES FINAL All items must be picked up at the predetermined time listed at the commencement of every auction. If circumstances cause any delay in pick-up arrangements and payment must be made. SALES TAX Winning bidders are required to pay any applicable sales tax. Vendors who are tax exempt must provide the appropriate vendors license information prior to the end of the sale. ADDITIONAL FEES There will be no other additional fees collected at the commencement of any auction unless otherwise noted in the details of the auction. Any purchase over $1,000 paid with a credit card is always subject to an additional 2% convenience charge. Forms of Payment WE ACCEPT CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, AND DISCOVER.
